After having dealt with three leasing companies before finding you, I can honestly say that you and your team have got customer service down to a science. Not only have you leveled with me about all of the lease options available to me – even the ones that benefited me more than your company – but your entire team does this in a friendly and personal manner. Furthermore, I love that you actually have people (!) picking up the phones, instead of a robotic automated system. It’s refreshing to know I can speak to an actual person, rather than a voice mail, whenever I have a question. Lastly, I appreciate your flexibility with last-minute purchases, as well as your ability to meet any reasonable request when it comes to new leases.
